A new applicant completes the “Boot Camp” recruitment exercise after previous recruitment to us. Therefore, during the year, he already goes to events with us, tries out how he fits in the team, buys basic equipment and weapons, and then participates in the recruitment exercise in the summer, where he learns everything he needs. Therefore, recruitment takes place year-round, and it is not necessary to wait until Boot Camp.
